By accessing, registering for or using any service provided by winjaya, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions in this document together with all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and winjaya as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Use of the winjaya platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

winjaya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at winjaya. Registering more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. winjaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please notify our customer service immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

winjaya provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods to meet the needs of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or the equivalent value.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit amount per payment method: RM10
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved
• All withdrawals must use the same payment method as the deposit, except in specific cases approved by the finance team
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the name of the winjaya account holder

winjaya does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment service provider or financial institution may impose their own charges that are beyond our control.

All bonuses and promotions offered by winjaya are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus: winjaya offers a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn.

As a clear calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering required: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → account balance RM2,488 → wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in immediate cancellation and account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the registration bonus more than once
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions

• Unjustified chargeback requests
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all related bonus balances and winnings will be forfeited. The original cash balance (net deposits) may be returned at winjaya's discretion after the investigation is completed.

• Delays in transaction processing due to external factors such as network issues or banking system problems
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential
